• Shade: This looks in their beige family to me, but I can't be sure.  We had a lot of these that we've already sold, but the few remaining now didn't have shade labels for whatever reason.  The others we already sold were either nude cameo or beige -we had meant to try to match them up, but accidentally hid the unlabled ones on ourselves until now. It is DEFINITELY authentic Chanel, and I'd say this one's probably best for medium complexions.  Be sure you want it no matter what the shade, because we do not accept returns.

Paypal only please, and we will only ship to a confirmed Paypal shipping address. Payment must be received within 3 days of the end of the first auction or purchase unless you contact us through eBay’s system for more time to shop.

CombinedShipping

We have a generous combined shipping rate… pay the highest shipping charge once and then only $1.50 for each additional single item won (lots excluded – email us for combined rate on those).

Delivery

All orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday, with the exception of lots which take two days’ handling. Our s/h is non-negotiable - as it covers postage, delivery confirmation on domestic orders, gas, handling and expenses.  We take all shipments to the post office personally to avoid MIA shipments.

Our shipments ARE forced to route through the Chicago USPS processing center, and they do have the worst record in the country.  That said, you can see from our feedback that we do everything possible to get you your order promptly.  International orders take approximately 7-10 business days.

Returns
Health & Beauty items (cosmetics) are not returnable due to health reasons. An obvious exception to this would be if there was an error in the auction’s description.  All other items may be returned within seven (7) days with prior email approval. Simply contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item to arrange for its return and a refund of the full purchase price (excluding shipping cost unless due to our error). The item must be returned in its original packaging (tracking is necessary) and must be received in the original condition. Once the item is received, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within two days via Paypal.
