Note: Please understand that for USPS international shipping (cheaper than FedEx or UPS), EXPRESS is the only way to acquire a tracking number.  Therefore, we do NOT use any other regular shipping with a lower shipping fee.  Some packages without a tracking number were lost in some countries.  We always mark international packages as a gift, and buyers don’t usually have to pay any local customs duties or taxes.  However, in a rare case that there is some in which we have no control over (depending on the customs in your country); we are not responsible for these charges.  Shipments will be insured for, and our responsibility limited to, the same amount specified on the customs declaration form.  Buyers may request for any low commercial value on their packages as desired (at your own risk).  Our responsibility is limited to the same amount specified on the customs declaration form.  Please note that if you request for a low declared value, we won’t accept paypal.

Shipping

According to PAYPAL policy, we ONLY ship items to Verified/Confirmed address registered with your account.  If you need your item shipped to an unconfirmed address, please use MONEY ORDER or WU transfer or BANK WIRE TRANSFER.

Combined shipment: We offer FREE shipping for any additional items you buy, provided that the shipping fee for the item ending with the highest price is paid in full. This offer is VALID ONLY IF all items are paid in ONE payment, and all items are paid within 7 days after the FIRST auction ends.

Sample calculation:

1^st auction: ends Oct 1 at $400 and $15 shipping fee

2^nd auction: ends Oct 4 at $100 and $10 shipping fee

This offer is valid ONLY IF the total of $400 + $100 + $15 = $515 is paid by Oct 8 in ONE payment.

Bidding Conditions

A winning notification will be sent to the winner within 24 hours after the auction ends. So, to avoid any delay or lost communication, please make sure your e-mail address registered with Ebay is valid and still working.  Otherwise, you might have a problem receiving a winning notification.

To avoid a a NON-PAYING BIDDER notification reported to Ebay, winner needs to contact me within 2 days from end of auction about preferred payment method, shipping address and your VALID e-mail address.  Then, payment must be received within 5 days after that.

PLEASE DON’T BID IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY.  We do leave negative feedbacks, and notify EBAY for NO PAYMENT, and this may result in a suspension of your account.

All bidders who have negative feedbacks will need to contact us for your intention to bid BEFORE beginning to bid on our items.  Otherwise, we have the right to cancel your bids any time.

Return Policy

Customers' satisfaction is the most importance to us.  If you need to return an item, please e-mail us regarding this BEFORE returning; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.  We will give you our return address by e-mail.  It may NOT be the same address as the address on the package shipped to you.  Return items must be mailed within 2 days from date of reception (we keep track of delivery confirmation) in original unused condition (we inspect all items before processing refunds) for the winning price less a restocking fee of 5%.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Returns beyond this period will not be accepted in any case. Shipping service with tracking number must be used for returns; we are not responsible for lost return items. Refunds are issued within 7 days after return items are received.
