ON 45'S WE GRADE ONLY THE VINYL BECAUSE THE COVERS AND THE CENTER OF THE RECORD WERE USUALLY EXPOSED TO ALL ELEMENTS THEREFORE NOT ALWAYS IN THE BEST OF SHAPE.  IF THE RECORD HAS ANY MAJOR DAMAGE, WE WILL STATE IT AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE IT IN THE PHOTO IF THERE IS ANY.

Shipping and Handling

Media Mail is $4.00 for the first 45 record and $.50 for each additional 45 record (PURCHASED WITHIN THREE DAYS). If you are ordering an LP with a 45, the base price for mailing is then $6.00 for the first LP, $1.25 for each additional LP and $.50 for each additional 45 record.  Insurance is $1.65 for up to $50.00 worth of coverage and $2.30 for up to $100.00 worth of coverage.  Anything over $100.00 please ask for a quote.  Foreign Customers: Please ask for quote as these prices are for US only.  Insurance is optional but always recommended.  We are not responsible for the post office delivery times or missing items. Double LPs COUNT AS 2 LP'S, box sets, etc. will incur additional shipping costs as indicated above.

Condition

The first grade is the cover and the second is the record. If an extra grade appears, it means that one side is in better shape than the other.  We grade our records conservatively.  All conditions are by visual inspection only. SS = still sealed NM- = near mint, or unplayed condition. Cover is nice and new looking with no ring wear. EX = only slight signs of wear; very clean, only light surface marks which will not distract significantly from the sound. Cover also has only slight wear, and is still in nice collectible condition. VG+ = played often with moderate surface wear and some moderate noise - still plays well. Cover may have medium overall wear or some ring wear. VG = overall wear, but no skips of serious defects, more noisy sound during quiet passages. Cover is well worn, usually with considerable ring wear. VG- = heavy wear on record and cover. Guarantee does not apply to vg- or worse condition records. G or G+ = Poor or Rough condition. No guarantee on these records.
