Orders usually ship within 24 hours of payment Monday through Saturday. Delivery time within the U.S. is usually just 2 to 3 days, however in rare cases it could take 7-9 days. Delivery time for International orders is about 5 days in most cases, and in rare cases could be up to 3 weeks. Canadian and International orders are subject to search by local customs authorities which can delay delivery by several weeks.

Please make sure the "Ship To" address you enter during checkout is correct. We require a Pay Pal verified shipping address for shipment of your items.

Insurance is recommended at Checkout, but not required. U.S. insurance rates are $1.75 for each $50 of merchandise insured; Canadian and international rates are $4.30 USD for the first $50 of merchandise insured and $3.00 USD for each $50 there after. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We use a 3rd party insurance provider so there are no forms to fill out or insurance agents calling your house if a package is missing. If a package is damaged or lost in the mail, contact us and we will offer either exchange, refund, or replacement, if you have purchased insurance.

First Class shipping and handling is $1.00 for the first item/auction and $0.20 for each additional item/auction (U.S. Rates) in this store only and for this item. Items in this store cannot be combined during checkout with any other store ie. Sterling Coach or Bellazano Beads. To combine all of your items within a 7 day period, simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent Email that you received from us or by clicking on any of the PAY NOW or buttons located in your won/closed auctions. Remember, we are not able to combine any additional auction once you have completed the checkout, so ensure that all of your won items are on your invoice. We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method of your package. These charges we cover and do ensure your package will be delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.
