Chase Chrome Wine Cooler designed by Rockwell Kent.  This Deco-inspired piece is 9 inches in height and 8 1/2 across the top diameter.  Identified by the engraved figure of a centaur and the words "CHASE U.S.A." on the bottom.  This was a promotional item because of the silver champagne label "CHARLES HEIDSIECK" located on the back of the cooler.  The addition of the champagne label was not post-production, this was done at the company during the manufacturing process.

I have never seen a Chase chrome piece in this condition.  There is a very slight half inch "ding" to the right of the Kent design on the front and a small "pitting" spot near one of the handles.  These are mentioned for accuracy for I suspect that this piece was ever used.

This would be a handsome addition for anyone who has a bond for "Deco" and a realization that these wine coolers are difficult to come across especially in this excellent condition.
