We need to know who you are! When e-mailing us, please include our e-mail with your reply, or make sure that we ALWAYS have at least both your eBay name, and the item number(s) you are contacting us about. We deal with hundreds of e-mails and often for the same ebay item, so make yourself known! Also, we have more members of staff working on eBay, so keep doing this even when one of us has got back to you. Experience has taught us that delays in communication often happen when it isn't clear who is contacting us about what (see also payment by cheque), and we have to hunt around for clarifications or wait for a member of staff to return from time off.

Cheques (drawn on a UK bank)

Postal Orders (£ pounds sterling only)

We do not accept the following:

Postal Orders and Cheques in other currencies than £ sterling

paying for multiple items! Shipping and Handling costs qualify for a reduction ONLY when paid for with a single payment. This is especially important for PayPal payments as we get charged for each payment made. If you are not sure how to pay for multiple items via PayPal, request the total from us and we will send you a single payment invoice. If you pay for all items individually we can't reduce shipping and handling costs!

payments by cheque! When paying us by cheque, please make it out to AVALANCHE RECORDS and send it to 63 Cockburn Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1BS. Do not send it without including ALL of the following: your full name and address, your eBay name, the item(s) you are paying for (artist, title) and the item number. We deal with a large volume of sales, and without this info it is sometimes impossible to figure out what the payment is for, or worse, who by (ebay names aren't people's names), so we can't even contact you. With the info included shipments are fast. Without, delays will occur.

If we haven't received your payment within 14 days, we reserve the right to re-list the item, a non-payment claim will be filed, and negative feedback will be left.

Unwanted purchases will only be accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened and still sealed when provided sealed. Goods are returned at the buyers expense and the refund will be for the value of the goods only. Faulty goods can be returned at our expense for a replacement. Faulty goods are tested for the fault stated.
