Our items (New products) are Factory sealed products. Every single one of the products comes with a manufacture Warranty.  If you need to purchase an extended warranty, we can get it for you.

We don’t accept returns, if not found defective. If you find it defective, you will need to contact with us within 7 days after you receive the item.

After 7 days, you will need to contact the manufacture for an authorized repair. We will  sell new products that come with manufacture warranty.

All returns must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from us before shipping back the product.

Products must be returned complete with original parts and condition. Incomplete return will not receive a full credit.

Before 7 days, we are responsible for all return shipping charges (defective’s items only). After 7 days, you must pay all shipping charges.

Nosotros no podemos aceptar devoluciones, si su compra no tiene defectos.

Si tiene algun defecto, Uds. tiene que  contactarse con nosotros dentro de 7 días después de recibir su compra para poder mandarle el sello de devolucion. En caso de devoluciones, necesita devolver el paquete completo incluyendo el manual.
