ALL OF OUR PRESS KITS COME DIRECTLY FROM THE RECORD COMPANY.  ALL PHOTOS ARE ORIGINAL PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.  PRESS INFO COMES IN VARIOUS FORMS.  SOMETIMES THEY ARE PHOTO COPIES OF AN ORIGINAL (SUCH AS REVIEWS & MAGAZINE ARTICLES).  THIS IS THE WAY THE RECORD COMPANIES SEND THEM OUT.

PAYMENT:  We accept and prefer Paypal payments received within 24 hours of close of auction.  However, we will accept a money order or cashier's check if received within 7 business days of close of auction (10 days for international buyers).  If you are sending a money order or cashier's check, PLEASE email us right away to let us know.  We'll make a note and watch for that in the mail (and we won't bother you).  No personal or company checks.  All items must be paid for within 7 days (10 days - international buyers).

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Please click on "ask seller a question" and tell us where you are so we can send you a shipping quote.  Shipping costs noted above are only for U.S. customers.  We cannot ship item until correct shipping amount is paid.  Paypal or International Postal Money Order accepted.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  Yes, we will combine shipping on items won within 3 days of each other.  Please email us to let us know you are bidding on more items, tell us which items you are bidding on, then pay for already won item(s).  We will adjust shipping on subsequent items won.  Should you not win subsequent auctions, we will be ready to ship what you have won and paid for.

RETURNS:  Returns MUST be pre-approved by seller BEFORE you send it back.  You must email seller, describe the problem, and wait for approval from seller before mailing item back. 

INSURANCE:  We do not guarantee what happens when the item is in the hands of the U.S. postal service.  We package each item with great care and much experience, but if you're worried, please select insurance option.  It is worth the peace of mind.
