Payment:  Payments through PayPal,Money orders and Money orders Payment must be received within 5 days of listings end. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks payable to Bob Ernest (include auction or invoice number).

Shipping: All Domestic Packages are shipped  UPS  Ground from Chicago IL. An email containing tracking information is sent to the customer at time of shipment.

International Shipping: All international packages are shipped UPS. Please find out the exact International shipping charges via email. An email containing tracking information is sent to the customer at time of shipment.

Privacy: All information obtained by Saddlesmania is for the express purpose of processing your order. We will never give your information to an unrelated third party for any reason. Saddlesmania offers a safe and worry free shopping experience.

We apologize for any inconvenience this new policy may cause. However due to the unscrupulous actions of several buyers we have little choice but to implement this policy. Thank you in advance for your patronage and understanding.

Returns: If the item does not fit or you are returning it for any reason for a credit - we will not pay the return shipping charges or refund the original shipping amount. All items returned (except those we exchange for an identical item are subject to a 15% restocking fee). Please note that refunds may take up to 3 days to be processed. To qualify for a return, you must fill out an email request  within 3 days from the shipment delivery date. You may apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if it meets any of the following criteria:

1) We sent you the wrong item.

2) The product does not fit.

3) The content is substantially different from what we advertised.

4) The item arrived damaged.
