  • Do I get warranty against defective parts?
    • Yes. All merchandise is previously inspected before we ship it out to you.

  • Why some of your items have a pick up fee?
    • We are an internet-based company and everything we ship is shipped out directly from our supplier's warehouse. Some of them allow free pick ups and some don't. In those cases we'll need to transport your selected product to a supplier who allow pick ups but they'll charge for transportation. Which will be less than to have it ship.

  • What should I do if by any chance I receive a damaged part?
    • 1)  Furnitures have a long way to travel and it may get damaged. We provide free insurance for your product in case it gets damaged during shipping.
    • 2)  Most sellers on eBay state in their listings that you will have to deal with the carrier company to file a claim. We deal with the carrier company.
        2a)  In order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep all shipping materials for inspection and exchange. Thank you in advance.
        2b)  Please e-mail us within five business days  what part is damaged and a brief explanation.

  • Do you also sell mattresses?
    • Not at this moment. We are working on it thanks to your comments.
