This item is unfortunately not available for pick up. This item is professionally packaged. The UPS/DHL tracking number will be sent to your email address at time of shipping. I ship via UPS/DHL Ground within 72 hours after payment clears. Please allow 10 business days for delivery! We only ship Monday’s through Friday’s. We do not ship on national holidays. We cannot ship with a buyer’s own UPS/FedEx account. *During the holiday season, especially Christmas, approximate delivery times may be prolonged due to a huge volume of packages shipped daily.
Payment Policy:	We accept PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express),money orders, personal checks and cashier's checks. If you are sending a money order or personal check please remember to put the item number and the title of the item won. Personal checks may take up to 10 days to clear before item can be shipped. Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction. If you purchase a product and cannot pay within the 7 day period of time, please email me and let me know. I understand that situations occur and will work with you. If payment is not made within the 7 days and I have not been notified, an unpaid item claim will be made with eBay. Refunds/ Returns Policy:	If you received a product in damaged condition and we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). Any item returned must be returned in its original box. We will not accept any unauthorized returns; you must contact us prior to any returns being made. Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us. Refer to the manufacturer's warranty for return policies. On the RARE occasion that the item is out of stock due to actual store sales a full refund will be given and positive feedback left for your understanding and prompt payment. Also, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return for a refund, please email us with 7 days of receiving the item(s). A return authorization must be issued by our return department before any returns will be accepted. Please be aware that non-defective merchandise refund will be the original price paid, less shipping and handling fees, less insurance, and a 30 % restocking fee imposed on the item returned. We are not responsible for the return postage. All refunds will be made to your PayPal account only.

(As we shipped to you) Broken inner packs are not returnable. *Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged upon receipt to us. EXCHANGE: All items are inspected for damage prior to shipment. If any damage occurs, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange. You must provide the damaged item’s picture in order to file your claim. Please allow 2 weeks for your claim to be processed. Any claim filed after 7 days of receiving the item(s) will be REFUSED.
Non-Paying Bidders	We will report all non-paying bidders to Ebay and give their accounts to a law firm for collection, negative feedback will be left for all non-paying bidders. Bidding on eBay is a binding contract. Please do not bid if you do not intend to honor your bid. Not honoring a bid/contract could lead to suspension from Ebay and it can also ruin your credit report. If you no longer wish to honor an auction, or if you have purchased the wrong item, you may cancel the auction. To cancel the auction, a $10 cancellation fee is required.
