THIS IS AN OLD STOVE FLUE DAMPER. ITEM IS MARKED DIETERS' FOUNDRY CHERRYVILLE. PA. REVERSIBLE 7 IN. IT ALSO HAS THE NUMBER 2 ON IT. ITEM HAS WEAR DUE TO AGE/USE, CRACKS (2 OF THE BRIDGES THAT THE CENTER POST PASSES THROUGH ARE CRACKED, SEE CLOSE UP PHOTOS), SCRATCHES, CHIPS, RUST, WHITE PAINT MARKS, AND ITEM IS A LITTLE BENT (SEE SIDE VIEW). THE DIAMETER OF THE ITEM IS APPROXIMATELY 6 AND 5/8 INCHES (IT IS MARKED 7 INCHES BECAUSE IT WAS INTENDED FOR USE ON A SEVEN INCH PIPE).
