 Hello, I'm selling a pretty, empire waist dress Cheryl New York,  size S. It retails for $69. It's white with little gold dots, and is soft and flowy. (You can see the panel at the empire waist in the second picture - the material is gathered a little at the "cups" of the bust. There is elastic around the inside but no shelf bra - you could go braless if you've brave! This is a romantic and sexy dress. I'm not sure exactly where it would come - to your knee or just below, that would depend on your height so I've given you a measurement from the empire waist down:)

It's an S, but please go by the measurements, flat:

13 inches across the empire waist
34 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress.
