Customer will indemnify and hold Raceconcepts harmless from all liability and damages incurred as a result of using Raceconcepts products. All sales are final; no refund will be given, returned product will be for credit or exchange only with a 25% restocking fee, less shipping cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Warranty only covers for manufactured defects. Prior to installation customer must inspect all product. All defects must be reported to Raceconcepts within 5 days after receiving. Once product is installed, it will not be accepted as a return product, credit or exchange will not be allowed. If product is damaged by shipping company, Customer is responsible for reporting to Raceconcepts within 5 days after receiving. Only in this event is Raceconcepts responsible for filing a claim with shipping company for the Customer.
