Warranty covers all defects but not misuse. There is a $35.00 charge for exchange of Irons covered under our warranty. Any iron returned within 14 days as defective will be replaced at NO cost once defective Iron is received. Return shipping is the buyer’s expense. Returns accepted only with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number.
