Defective Item Replacement Guarantee: If an item is defective please contact me immediately. If it is not one-of-a-kind, I will replace it. I issue a courier prepaid call tag. You agree to have the item boxed and ready for return (call tags expire quickly). If it is one-of-a-kind or if I can't provide a replacement right away, I will issue a call tag, as above, and refund your money in full.
