There has been a lot of miscommunication from ebay to buyers and sellers regarding the DSR or STAR ratings, for example: Letting the buyer believe that a 4 STAR rating is a "good rating" while in actuality anything below a 5 STAR rating is considered unsatisfactory and if enough 4 STAR ratings are accumulated within a 30 day period, in which the average of any of the 4 catagories falls below 4.3 the seller is suspended from selling until that average rises above the 4.3 threshold, usually 30 days. For small sellers, it would only take a few "well meant" 4 STAR ratings to get the seller suspended. Whether you buy from me or not, please take the time to review the following guide which I have included a link to below in order for buyers and sellers to meet on common ground with the STARS and what their ratings mean. Pretty soon, if buyers are not informed, there will only be the large retail sellers selling on eBay and the mom and pop sellers will be gone forever from eBay. It is they who bring the most desired, unusual and rare items for you to buy and bid on.
