This is one piece item.  Top is a white polyester tank top that is attached to black and silver glitter striped crop pants at the high waist.  Overall straps are attached in the front and cross in the back and are attached in the back.  Black and silver striped hair sash included.

Manufacture (Curtain Call) states a CHILD LARGE's measurements are Bust 27-29 inches, Waist 23-24 inches, Hip28-30 inches, and Girth 45-49 inches.  To measure girth, take a tape measure and start at the right shoulder and go down between the legs and back up to the right shoulder - this should make a circle - tape should be snug but comfortable. Girth will be a good way to judge if this costume will fit due to the leotard base.
