You are bidding on a marvelous older Chinese vase that stands 17” tall and the circumference handle to handle measures 22 ¼”. This older Chinese vase is hand painted blue and white that is just spectacular with its large flower blossoms and butterfly motif. Then you have the elephant handles for that extra touch. The Chinese artist has hand painted this outstanding vase like a blue and white water color collage. You will find that just a small area of one of the inside handles of one of the elephant’s trunk was not painted or glazed. This could be touched up if you would like to do so. On the trunk of that same elephant you have 1/8” of (3) very fine less than 1/16” surface marks. I use a large lighted magnifying lamp to see these; those fine lines don’t jump out at you. This impressive older Chinese vase is does have a Chinese factory mark on the bottom and the vase dates back to the last half of the twentieth century.  Other than the imperfections I have mentioned, this older Chinese blue and white vase is in excellent condition.
