We endeavor to describe the items we sell as completely and accurately as possible, but it is possible that some details you want to know about may not be covered or you may be unclear about something from the listing. Please read the item description and ask questions if you have any before you commit to a purchase. Most importantly, make sure the item you commit to purchase through Ebay is the exact item you intend to buy. Don’t make a purchase from one listing and ask that we ship you something from a different listing or something different than what is described in the listing from which your purchase is made. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTIONS!

If you are looking for a different quantity than shown in a given listing, please search our EBay store to see if special deals are available for the quantity that you need. Due to the time and cost involved, we do not set up special Ebay listings with different bundles or quantities upon request; all Ebay purchases must be made through existing listings.

Because of the small profit margin we make through the EBay sales channel, we will not accept returns without special authorization. Refunds are not available, and exchanges are considered only in certain situations and only if you make such a request within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all exchange shipping & handling expenses (both ways). Shipping & handling is not refundable.

PAYMENT

We must receive your payment absolutely no later than 7 days after you place your order.

1. We prefer PayPal payments. PayPal payments can be funded by your PayPal account balance, a credit card or your checking account (immediately if your debit card is used like a credit card, or on a delayed basis if your checking account is drafted with a PayPal “e-check”).
2. You can call us offline at 661-295-9674 to pay with a VISA or Mastercard credit card...We are located in California and our office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time.
3. Due to the historically slow payment rate and high non-payment rate for non-PayPal buyers, and in compliance with Ebay policy, we DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS for EBay items any longer--NO EXCEPTIONS. If you buy online, please be prepared to pay online.
4. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will file a non-payment report with Ebay, and we may not hold the item for you.
5. Sales tax is added on the total (including shipping & handling) for all shipments within California.

SHIPPING

The shipping method used for this item (or choices of methods) is reflected near the top and near the bottom of this listing. If listing indicates item is shipped via UPS Ground, that means shipment of the item will not be available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or territories outside of the mainland of the USA, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.

We ship by the next business day after receiving your confirmed payment and shipping information. On weekdays, if we receive your payment and any other needed information by 3pm Pacific time, we will usually ship the same day. We will send an email with shipping information to you when we ship. When payments are submitted through PayPal, we will also update the PayPal system with the delivery confirmation/ tracking # on most shipments.

Most items are shipped directly by us from southern California, but some items are occasionally shipped from regional distribution centers we use around the US. Items shipped from our distribution centers are shipped via UPS Ground only.

Make sure that the shipping address that you select if you are paying via PayPal is where you want the item shipped. We ship very quickly, and there is a good chance if you come back to us later and ask that we ship to a different address, it will be too late.

UPS Ground shipments are available to VALIDLY RECOGNIZED PHYSICAL ADDRESSES in the contiguous 48 states only. Self-assigned addresses (where you don’t have an actual street address, so you make one up) are not valid addresses. If your address does not appear on Mapquest, there is a good chance it will not be recognized by the UPS system either. It does not matter whether UPS makes periodic deliveries to your location. Addresses deemed invalid by the UPS system are subject to special surcharges for UPS' regional centers to manually correct/route the packages. Such an expense is not included in the S&H. Consequently, we generally will not ship to unrecognized addresses, and will never do so if the address is unconfirmed by PayPal. UPS Ground shipments are also not available for shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or territories outside of the mainland of the USA. Although US Priority Mail shipping may be available to such destinations for some packages, it will be more expensive than the UPS Ground rate and is therefore generally not offered by us.

US Mail shipments of 14 ounces or more are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. However, for multiple purchases of an item that results in shipments in excess of 3 pounds, we reserve the right to use UPS Ground for shipping instead of US Mail. We never ship via USPS Parcel Post, and Priority Mail shipments for heavier packages can be quite expensive.

No local pick-ups on Ebay purchases. No exceptions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping & handling charges are provided at the bottom of the EBay listing. Shipping & handling includes actual freight costs as well as packaging materials and labor, a prorated portion of the monthly shipping service fees and equipment rental, and some of the fees associated with selling these items through Ebay, and is not negotiable. For some Ebay listings, the S&H rate is flat (meaning the same to all US destinations), and for other Ebay listings, the S&H rate is calculated based on your location and the weight of the item.

On US Mail shipments, insurance is extra / optional. For UPS shipments, insurance is included in the S&H for all packages valued at less than $100. If you make multiple purchases totaling $100 or more for shipment via UPS, and you wish to receive any combined S&H discounts, you will need to pay for the insurance coverage if you want it.

If you make multiple purchases from us, you will only be eligible for combined shipping & handling rates if all items are purchased within 48 hours of one another and all items are paid for in a single (PayPal, credit card) transaction. If you pay for the items separately, they will be pulled, packed and shipped separately, and no S&H discounts will apply. Please note: Not all items are eligible for combined shipping discounts with other items. For example; items that are in self-contained shipping cases will ship individually and will be freight charged separately. Please check each listing carefully or email us if you are unsure if an item is eligible for a combined S&H discount.

Although we have been selling on EBay since July 2003, we incorporated in 2000 and have been selling to distributors, small businesses, consumers, city and state government agencies, educational institutions, etc. ever since. Ebay is simply one of our sales channels.

Our prices on EBay are always very competitive. We are not a surplus clearance house. We don’t list items on Ebay because we are trying to “dump them”; that is not the case at all. We list items on Ebay to take advantage of exposure on search engines. Nearly every one of the items we list on Ebay is a regular stock item, and the quantities available are often substantially greater than what might be reflected in a given Ebay listing.

We only sell quality merchandise on EBay. Although we carry various grades of safety products, and sell them through our main distribution system, economy grade items will generally not be posted here. If we do decide to sell an economy item, based on overstock or super pricing, we will spell that out in the Ebay listing. Unless specifically indicated, all of the items we sell are brand new.
