Here is how the process works.

1. You choose an invitation for your child's birthday.

2.Ordering options

b./send us an email to funnyshots@funnyshots.com.au. Please provide the information stated below.

3. If you placed your order online you will be contacted ( within 1-2 working days) and explained the correct photographic position, to satisfactorily finish the invitation.

4. Send your photo(s) via e-mail.

5. Once we receive & approve your photo, we will send you a proof copy of your order along with the invoice. Payment must be made before we can process your order. Please remember delivery time 2-5 working days will commence once payment is received.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
Once we receive payment, you order will be posted within 2 to 5 working days.

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?
We use Australia Post regular post service which delivers to any address in Australia.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Digital delivery offered to international customers. Cost $20.00.

Can you print the names of my guests on the invitations?
Our invitations are designed without guest/s name/s. Names can be written on the envelope. We can however personalize each invitation with your guest name/s at an additional cost.($1.00 per invite)

What if I like a design on the website but would like to make variations such as changing the colour, or the font?
It may be possible to change the fonts and the colour of many of our invitations depending on the design.

Can I have my own photo printed on the invitation?
Every invitation is designed to have a photo incorporated into the design. When we receive your order, we will explain the correct photographic position to successfully compete your invitation.

I have looked through your website, and I like the concept of your invitations but I can't see anything that is exactly what I am wanting. Can you design something for me which is specific to my event?
If you cannot find the character of your choice, please contact us and we will endeavour to create an invitation for you. This is a lengthy process, and will take about 1 week.

How do I supply the details of my event and my guest list to you?
Just fill in the online order form. If you require the guest name on each invite, please add the names in the comments section on the form.(Ebay customers can send information via e-mail funnyshots@funnyshots.com.au)

Can I buy invitations without having my event details printed on them?
We can supply invitations without the text being printed, however there is no difference in cost. It is the same price to purchase blank invitations as it is to purchase the customised version.

PRIVACY POLICY

Funnyshots does not collect information from its visitors without their knowledge. The personal information you supply, will not be given out or sold under any circumstances.

Personal information, such as your name, email address, address, etc. when you buy items is never shared or sold to any other company.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Privacy of Information

Funnyshots understand that the information that you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on of any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties.

2. Payment

Full payment for products is required prior to delivery. An invoice will be sent to the customer during the set up process, and payment can be made by either:

By Credit Card (Paypal)

By cash (local residents)

3. Proofing and Acceptance Procedures

Funnyshots will provide a final layout to the customer for approval prior to printing. Funnyshots will make every good faith effort to check and proof read deliverables thoroughly and make all necessary corrections as a result of such checking prior to sending the final proof to the customer. It will be, however, the final responsibility of the customer to ensure all copy and content is correct.

4. Errors and Omissions.

Funnyshots does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of errors or omissions after the final layout has been approved by the customer as a result of errors or omissions that correspond with the information supplied by the customer.

5. Late submissions, booking or sale

All final design changes, names or address, or other pertinent information must be supplied by the deadlines agreed. Funnyshots does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of customer not meeting their deadlines.

6. Ownership

All designs remain the property of Funnyshots.

7. Replacements and Refunds

Replacement products can be created and shipped within 5 working days in the instance whereby the product received by the customer is defective or suitably different to the product ordered. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered by Funnyshots.

8. Changing & Cancelling your Order

Orders can be changed or cancelled provided printing and assembly costs have not been incurred. This can happen any time after authorisation of the final proof. Where an order is cancelled after printing and assembly costs are incurred, the full amount is payable to Funnyshots less any shipping costs quoted.

9. Order not received

If an order is not received within an expected time, Funnyshots will endeavour to source information on the delivery. If the order is shipped by regular post, we will be unable to track the order. Therefore it is recommended you select registered or express post for shipping you order.

10. Inability to Supply

Funnyshots does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, flood, fire, power outages, war, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorist action, or illness.

11. Limitation of Liability

The customer agrees that it shall not hold Funnyshots or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from Funnyshots failure to provide products and services in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Funnyshots or a third party.
