I accept Paypal payments from verified members with confirmed addresses. You can either charge your purchase by using one of the many credit cards handled by Paypal or you can make a direct cash transfer/debit from your checking account. PLEASE DO NOT POST E-CHECKS WITHOUT ASKING as payment because they usually require at least a week to clear. If you cannot post payment within five days from end of auction please contact me to let me know that you need an extension, but realize that I do need to hear from you in this case. If I don't hear from the winning bidder or receive payment after five days, I do reserve the right to relist the item and report the winning bidder to Ebay for nonpayment. Please be considerate, don't bid unless you want the item and are ready to pay for it.
The total I charge for shipping is the ACTUAL cost to ship your package. I don't think it is fair to charge customers outrageously high shipping charges in an effort to add a few extra dollars to the amount they are already paying for the auction. I ship the same day I receive payment if payment is received by noon via USPS First Class Mail if your package is less than 13 ounces. First Class mail is by far the least expensive service to use (if payment is received late in the day your package will ship the next morning). Items of moderate weight are shipped by either Priority Mail or FedEx, which ever is least expensive. Very heavy items are usually shipped by Federal Express. I will always be happy to combine shipping charges on multiple purchases if it is less expensive for you. Insurance cost is included in the shipping quote if items are shipped by FedEx, but if sent by USPS, the purchase of insurance is the choice of the buyer. I do recommend it, especially because it is relatively inexpensive, since I can't be responsible for items once they are shipped.
Because of the nature of the items listed I do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. If you have any questions or would like additional photos, please email your request with your personal email and I will be happy to send them to you. Ebay email does not support sending photos to your Ebay mailbox. I check email several times a day and will get back to you very quickly. Of course, if I have made an error in the listing or shipping, I will certainly give you a total refund of all monies paid, including all shipping charges involved. Otherwise, sales should always be considered final.
I enjoyed having a brick & mortar store for several years where I sold gift baskets, candies of all types, cakes, and a wide variety of goodies until December of last year when I was forced to close it because of a very bad knee. I had resigned myself to the fact that after selling all stock was concluded that I would not be able to be involved in the industry I loved any longer. I was both amazed and delighted to find that an Ebay store would enable me to be able to continue in the business with a slight change in direction. Instead of a store-front operation, I now offer my customers a chance to prop up their feet any time of the day or even late at night and relax while they peruse through stock, supplies, and equipment for sale, and make their orders from the privacy of their own homes.
I am still listing stock from the store which includes a lot candy molds (all in very good condition, many are new) as well as a wide variety of new products and molds I am currently ordering. I am also listing packaging supplies, cello bags for wrapping chocolates, boxes, bows, ribbons, silk flowers and lots of other specialty supplies and materials for putting together gift baskets and floral arrangements. If you don't see what you are looking for listed that might be used in that type of business, please ask - I may have it tucked away somewhere.
I treat all I deal with in the same manner I like to be treated in myself. I also do my best describe items for sale as accurately and honestly as I am able. Since judgment is largely subjective and our opinions may not necessarily be the same, I take photographs of each item being offered for sale so that your own inspection will be the determining factor when you decide to bid.
