  • Canadian Shipping: Insured UPS Standard to Canada (1-7 days w/ UPS tracking). ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ARE PAID FOR BY US AS A REGISTERED IMPORTER - No additional fees due are at package delivery!
  • International Shipping: All orders shipped outside the U.S. domestic properties and Canada ship via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail (3-14+ days to most countries - some countries only allow USPS Express Mail). Please visit www.USPS.com and review the info provided regarding shipments to your country. We reserve the right to refuse a shipment(s) if necessary. If we will not ship an item you desire to your country, you should make shipping arrangements on your own UPS/Fedex/DHL account and call us to schedule the pickup.
  • OVERSIZED Shipping Policy: Some oversized items we WILL NOT ship outside the contiguous U.S. because of large dimensional size or weight. If global rates are not posted in the auction, items DO NOT ship outside the U.S. and you will get checkout errors. WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Most of our chrome-plated and stainless steel trim come with our own unbeatable and unprecendeted LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. No need for you to deal direct with the manufacturer concerning defects, just simply contact us about the problem. Note that we cannot warranty every problem which may cause damage to your parts, but obvious manufacturer defects within ONE YEAR will be warrantied by us for exchange. Nearly all parts are warrantied for at least 1 year. After submitting a Return/Exchange Claim, we will process the request and normally respond in 1-5 business days. Once processed, approved, and returned properly, you will be sent out a new replacement or issued a credit/refund if qualified.

  • Please be sure to read entire auction item descriptions for specific product warranties. Not all products have our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  • Items must be opened and inspected as soon as received. We must be notified about damaged items within 7 days of item receipt.
  • YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL PROPER INTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURN PROCESS DIRECTIONS (as seen here) regarding all parts, especially NO-DRILL 3M-Peel-n-Stick chrome/stainless trim, to maintain your limted warranty. Please see our F.A.Q. for more details.
  • We take item(s) back for return as long as they not been installed, or if parts are non-adhesive and can be removed and repackaged like never used. Chrome and stainless trim with 3M tape cannot be returned once installed. If you are unsatisfied with the product, DO NOT INSTALL IT.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may be charged if item is returned improperly or unreasonably. We may refuse a return/exchange/refund if proper directions are not followed. It is best to contact us immediately with any problems.
  • We will pay for shipping items back to us for exchage/return if we are found at fault. We only pay for return/exchange shipments inside the 48 U.S. states via emailed UPS return labels or call-tag driver pickups once your return/exchange is approved. We can not offer this service outside the contiguous United States, as you will have to ship the items back to us yourself.
