Cross-drilled and slotted rotors give the maximum braking for performance cars under all necessary braking conditions. Precision machined holes or slots on the rotors will allow hot gases from brake pad to escape quickly to prevent skidding or locking up. It also provides quicker response to improve faster stopping power and enhancing the look of your car.

Each rotor is also zinc plated to prevent rusting and made of the best quality metals. Cross drilled and slotted patterns are precisely CNC machined for perfect fit to OEM specs for use with stock calipers and stock wheels. No other modifications are needed.

Items are shipped within 2-4 business days when payment is received.  A tracking number will be emailed when the product is shipped. 

Domestic:

Items being shipped within U.S. (48 states) will be shipped with UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipment takes 1-5 business days to receive package.

Insurance: $3.00 Optional. If items are lost or damaged by the shipper, we will replace it ASAP. We will handle the claim process with the shipper for you.

International:

Shipping charges does not include Taxes / Duties.  DHL/UPS/ USPS may ask to collect Taxes / Duties upon delivery of package. For an estimate of Taxes / Duties fees, please contact your local DHL/UPS/USPS office or local government. R1 Concepts will not be responsible for any of Taxes / Duties fees.

DHL  takes 3-5 business days to deliver once item is shipped.

UPS  takes 3-6 business days to deliver once item is shipped.

USPS Priority 2-7 business days to deliver once item is shipped.  APO will take 2-4 weeks.

We will not mark any items as gift or sample.

What type of information will you need about the vehicle?
Model information will be requested at checkout.  Please tell us the exact year (with production date if possible), make, and model.  Include additional information such as engine size (liters), 2wd or 4wd, 4cyl or V6, turbo or non-turbo, abs or non-abs, etc. 

What condition are these items in?
All items are 100% brand new.

Will these products require additional modifications or new brake calipers?
These items are Original Equipment Manufactured items and will NOT require any type of additional modifications.  However, we do recommend the use of new semi-metallic or ceramic brake pads. Please check out our other eBay auctions for variety selections of brake pads.

What is the difference between our rotors compared to other sellers?
 Our original blank rotors are cast in ISO9002/QS9000/VDA6.1 approved facilities in which parts, materials, and processes are inspected. The rotors are machined at our facility in La Habra, California. We spend numerous hours on research on how to drill, slot, zinc plate, balance, and inspect our rotors so that our customers are getting high quality rotors. That’s why we came out with our Diamond Slots design to greater improving stopping power. Now ask yourself: "Can other sellers offer all this for you?" Our answer to you is "NO."  Rests assure that you are getting high quality rotors at an unbelievable price. The appearance and stopping power will be beyond your expectations.

What is the Refund Policy?
Here at R1 Concepts Inc. we strive to provide you, our buyers, with the highest quality products along with the best customer service experience. Your satisfaction is our guarantee. This is why we offer all of our items with 30 days return policy when buyer receives the item.

Items being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc. We will not issue a refund for items that has been used, installed, or missing other items. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back. We are not responsible for any custom entry and duty fees associated with any returns or exchanges for international buyers; this will be charged to the buyer.

There will be a 20% restocking fee from the sales price (NO EXCEPTIONS - unless it was our mistake which will be determined by R1 Concepts Inc.).  Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Refunds will be issued as same payment type (paypal or credit card) or by company check. By bidding on this auction you have agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

What is the warranty?
We offer 90 days warranty against cracking or warping.  However, shipping will be paid by the buyer.  A detailed warranty policy will be explained at checkout.
