Shipping is $9 in the US, $25 to Canada and $30 worldwide. If express shipping is needed, please contact me. I accept paypal and money orders only. Shipping discounts will be applied for multiple purchases if they are paid for at the same time.
Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee and must come in original packaging from smoke free environment. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please email me with any concerns regarding your purchase. The jerseycommissioner will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product please contact me and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the item number available to verify order received. The customer is responsible for returning the product. Once received we will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error. If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item. After seven days all sales are final.
