CIVIL WAR ERA BRASS AND STEEL FLEAM OR BLEEDER 4 BLADES

THIS IS A FLEAM OR BLEEDER THAT IS FROM THE MID TO LATE 1800'S THESE WERE USED TO BLEED PATIENTS OF BAD BLOOD OR TO REDUCE FEVER AND INFECTION OF THE CILVIL WAR INJURED. THESE WERE ALSO USED IN THE VETERINARY FIELD. IT HAS THREE LANCES AND ONE KNIFE BLADE. THE CASE IS MADE OF BRASS. IT APPEARS TO BE HAND MADE WITH NO MARKINGS. IT MEASURES 4-1/4" OVERALL AND THE BLADES ARE APROX. 3-1/4. IT IS IN GOOD SHAPE WITH NO DAMAGE. IT SHOWS TYPICAL RUST AND WEAR OF A TOOL THAT IS PROBABLY 125 TO 150 YEARS OLD.

We will combine shipping cost for more than one item. We charge actual shipping cost or as close to that as possible. I can ship priority mail or UPS

INSURANCE is additional and optional on all US postal shipments and is up to you if you choose to get it, but we will NOT be responsible for loss or damage to uninsured items. FOREIGN BUYERS: (Foreign bidders-Paypal only) Foreign bidders are always welcome, Remember that shipping times can take up to 2-8 weeks for even air packages. They also take a little longer to process so keep that in mind before bidding. All foreign orders will include a $1.50 handling charge in addition to the actual shipping cost. I will not lie on custom forms or the box regarding the value of an item. If you are not willing to pay the import duty on the item please do not bid. By bidding on the item, you are accepting all terms and conditions stated here.

SHIPPING: We ship both U.S.P.S. and UPS. All items are usually shipped the same day or next day after payment arrives. Please base your feedback rating of shipping time on when I mailed the item not how long it take the post office to deliver it. I have no control over that.

AFTER THE AUCTION: I will send an invoice through EBay usually within an hour or so of the end of the auction, please follow the directions in the invoice. If you do not receive the invoice within 12 hours, there is something wrong with your email address or your spam filter. U.S. bidders using Paypal do not need to wait for this notification, as all shipping costs should be automatically calculated.

RETURNS / REFUNDS: For the most part this is an AS IS sale. I do my best to describe the items condition in as much detail as possible and list all defects I am aware of but I'm not perfect and not an expert on everything. I may miss something or not mention some detail that you may find important so please ask any questions BEFORE you bid. Refunds available ONLY if I have grossly misrepresented the item sold. Gross misrepresentation does not include minor differences of opinion. To qualify, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of the item and prove misrepresentation beyond a shadow of a doubt. We DO NOT refund shipping either way. Items stated as sold AS-IS are NOT returnable under any circumstances.
