| Original 8x10-inch black-and-white glossy publicity photo / movie still was produced to promote MGM actress, CLAIRE KELLY. It was produced in conjunction with the 1958 MGM scuba diving / frogman / adventure film, UNDERWATER WARRIOR. This is an original studio-issued still -- NOT a copy or reproduction. The photo features a great portrait of CLAIRE KELLY, looking over her shoulder, posing in a black, one-piece swimsuit. Overall condition: EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+..... The still has a slight crease at the lower left corner, but otherwise, it is crisp and clean. We strive to grade all items accurately and in addition, give detailed descriptions of all major flaws. Our grades of condition are as follows:
NEAR MINT: Unused condition. This photo has little or no signs of handling, with sharp edges and a bright image.....
EXCELLENT: Clean and bright with little visible wear. This photo may have been used lightly, but there are no major flaws. It may have very mild flaws, such as a few tiny pinholes on the borders, or slight dings on the edges, etc.....
VERY GOOD: This is a used photo, but the image area is generally clean and bright. However, upon closer inspection it will show signs of use. The photo will likely have one, or more, of the following flaws: pinholes, smallish tears or wear around the edges, tiny border chips, light scratches, mild soiling, tape on borders, slight discoloration, crazing in the emulsion, light surface marks, minor repairs. The photo will still display pretty well.....
GOOD : Still presentable, and should look decent in a frame, but this a well-used photo with noticeable flaws. The photo will probably have one, or likely more, of the following flaws: wear/tears around the borders, pinholes, creases, tape on borders, border chips, browning, soiling, light bend lines, repairs, scratches, crazing in the emulsion, mild fading, small holes, waviness, moderate discoloration, surface marks.....
FAIR : Heavy wear and a number of noticeable flaws. The photo may have any of the following flaws: heavy border wear, tears around the edges, lots of pinholes, border chips, brittleness, soiling, creasing, tape on borders, major repairs, scratches, heavy crazing in the emulsion, fading, discoloration, waviness, heavy surface marks, writing/pen marks. Photos in this condition could use restoration, but they may do until a better example comes along.....
POOR: Major problems and countless flaws. Photos in this condition are in need of major restoration
