Most orders will arrive within 10 - 14 business days from when your payment clears.

Shipping for combined purchases (Including multiple qty store listings)
We will happily combine Domestic and Canadian purchases based on the following shipping charts.

Note: our checkout, warehouse packing, and Paypal payment systems only work for combined shipping when you make only ONE payment. We cannot accept multiple payments and then ship all the items together.

• If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive or the item was not as described, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less handling charges, for those pieces returned within 30 days of delivery except for merchandise sold "as is". We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned pieces.
• We are happy to combine unpaid listings within a 3 day period, we are unable to hold items indefinitely.
• Our software automatically starts the Unpaid Item Process 10 days after the listing was purchased.
• Our shipping and handling charges for International Orders do not include taxes, duties or brokerage fees. These fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
• If a stock discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a refund or a reasonable substitute for any pieces we can not fulfill. A refund (or, where offered by us, a reasonable substitute for any pieces) we cannot fulfill in lieu of a refund) is your sole remedy for non-fulfillment.
