PAYMENT:
US: I accept money order/cashiers check/personal check (must clear- takes 12 days)/and credit cards through PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL: International Money Order (IMO) and PayPal.

REGARDING COMMUNICATION:
An email through Marketworks will be sent at the close of each auction. I will also send an invoice within 3 days if I have not received payment (payment is due within 2 weeks). If the email or invoice don't get through, please write and let me know. International buyers with multiple items please wait for your invoice before sending payment. Payment is due within 2 weeks of close of auction.
If you have less then a feedback total of 10, or have a feedback rating of less then 99%, please contact me by email within 24 hours of purchase or bid to confirm. If you have less then a feedback rating of 10 or a feedback rating of less then 99%, payment is due within one week.
REGARDING SHIPPING:
Due to the recent volume of sales, and to be as efficient as possible, I do not send emails to confirm receipt of payment or shipping date. I do try and ship as quickly as I can, sometimes it can take a week or so to send items out, depending on how many orders I have. Note that media mail can take three weeks from when I receive payment. SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THROUGH THE US POSTAL SERVICE.
REGARDING FEEDBACK:
I leave feedback about once a month, and I wait to hear that everything is good on the customers end (and if there is a problem, I will do what I need to do to solve the problem). I always return positive feedback, it may take me a while to get to it. I do not leave feedback first for people who have a history of leaving negative feedback for others or who have low feedback.
INSURANCE:
Uninsured shipping is at the customers risk. Please see the shipping rates page for current insurance rates.
Some international orders over $100.00 may be upgraded at my discretion and expense to include tracking or insurance.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM:
In the unfortunate event that there is a problem, please be assured I always work things out to the customers satisfaction. I do ask for patience and to keep things polite. All items are guaranteed to be as described and to the customers satisfaction.
