FREE shipping is eligible for most shipments to lower 48 states via UPS
Ground only. We ship to physical address only. UPS guarantee ground
delivery in 5-7 business days within lower 48 states. However, we
recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during holiday
seasons.
Outside of US 48 states: There is an additional charge
for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam,
US Virgin Islands....etc), PO Boxes, military (APO/FPO) and international
addresses, please contact us for a quote before placing the bid
Expedited shipping: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day
Select are available with additional charge, please contact us for quotes before
placing bids.
Restocking fee: All return items are subject to a 20% of
restocking fees or reshipping and handling fee

Returned items: Return for refund is acceptable within 15 days after
receiving the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to send the item
back at their own cost regardless of reasons of return. We will refund
the item price less 20% restocking fee for all items with free

Undeliverable addresses/ unclaimed packages/ returned packages: Regular
shipping and handling fee will be charged to return and resend the
