FREE shipping is eligible for most shipments to lower 48 states via UPS Ground only. We ship to physical address only. UPS guarantee ground delivery in 5-7 business days within lower 48 states. However, we recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during holiday seasons.

Outside of US 48 states: There is an additional charge for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please contact us for a quote before placing the bid.

Restocking fee: All return items are subject to a 20% of restocking fees or reshipping and handling fee

• Returned items: Return for refund is acceptable within 15 days after receiving the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to send the item back at their own cost regardless of reasons of return. We will refund the item price less 20% restocking fee for all items with free shipping.
• Undeliverable addresses/ unclaimed packages/ returned packages: Regular shipping and handling fee will be charged to return and resend the merchandise
• Exchange merchandise: Only the shipping and handling fee for the 1st shipment will be waived. Regular shipping and handling fee will be charged for any exchange items.

After winning an auction or completing a "Buy It Now" purchase, you will have two checkout options:

Checkout Later: If you do not choose to Checkout Now, we will automatically send you an e-mail within one hour of the auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. If you have not received an e-mail with a checkout link within 24 hours of auction closing, please contact ebaysales@mendinimusic.com. You will still need to go through our Secure Checkout System even if you are paying by PayPal or mailing the payment.
