Shipping
times can vary depending your location, what you ordered, and the
warehouse it is located at. If you need something shipped out instantly,
please contact us first. Please understand that your item can take some
time to ship out, and for international buyers your items can arrive as
far out as 30 days or so, subject to customs clearance. This of course is
worst case scenario, but we like to be upfront about our shipping
times.
Positive Feedback should be left respectfully at the
completion of any transaction. There are many factors involved in a
feedback rating. Remember, problems can occur, and feedback should be
based on the seller's ability and willingness to resolve the issues, not
simply based on the problem itself. We communicate quickly and
professionally, so this should not be an issue.
Please contact us prior to leaving a neutral or negative feedback and
let us know your intentions. We are quick to resolve and quick to fix any
issues that may be bothering you.
We strive for positive feedback, and all 5 stars in the Detail
Seller Ratings (DSR's) portion of the feedback. eBay now looks at anything
but a 5 as failure, so please leave DSR ratings carefully, and if you feel
you have to leave anything but a 5, please let us know first.
Some things to consider while leaving DSR ratings, keep in mind transit
time is clearly indicated in these auction terms, and International buyers
should realize a lot of shipping time is not in our hands after we release
the package to the carrier.
Warranties are exclusively provided through
Sonomaxaudio. We offer a full 3 year extended warranty against any defects
on our products. This is our own custom warranty program, so take
advantage of the best warranty's found online! These warranty's are in
many cases far better than the warranty's offered by the manufacturers
directly when purchased at a retail store.
