We will ship anywhere in the lower 48 States for $FREE.
We will ship to Canada for $50 (Canadian customers Must provide a home phone number for shipping purposes) Please note: Shipping fees to Canada INCLUDE taxes, duties and brokerage fees. We are a Non-Resident importer to Canada. Which means you will not be charged any extra fees upon receipt of the product. We currently ship once a week to Canada, generally on Friday.

Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Returns & Replacements
The above terms (including, if applicable, terms related to the Import Fee Deposit) also apply to any replacement product we might ship (in our discretion) if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

We do not ship to FPO or APO addresses. Please provide a physical address, no PO boxes will be accepted. If you live in Yukon or Norther Territories of Canada we need to quote shipping before you click on the buy it now button. Please email and we'll be happy to quote your shipping fees. We do not ship to any other region than what is listed above.
Warranty & Returns
Product is Brand New and Factory Sealed and carries a one year warranty through hifiaudioonline.com. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for product repair or replacement. We do NOT issue credits or refunds. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Please contact us via the customer service email below to obtain a RMA# prior to return. Please include the auction ID#, product serial number and your name in the email. Any product shipped to us without a RMA# will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
