CLASSIC NAMBE 11" TRI CORNER BOWL Salad SERVING SET NEW

You are buying a beautiful Original, Classic Nambe Combination.  The Large tri-corner, deep, bowl (# 528) with the two piece serving set, 12”  “NAMBE 576”.

Uplifting and sensuous, the Tri-Corner Bowl is irresistible to hold. The ample curvature of the bowl culminates in three gentle rim points, while the subtle base creates a sense of perfect balance. Designed in 1967 by Richard K. Thomas, the New Mexico sculptor who also designed Nambé's iconic Butterfly bowl, this classic continues to enchant as both a work of art and serving piece.

Nambe has the appearance of Silver, but in fact is a special metal alloy with no surface plating or coating. It contains no lead and will not chip, peel crack or break. Nambe will not tarnish but it will scratch, like silver.  Nambe will impart no taste to foods cooked or served in it. Its polished surface helps prevent food from sticking, and the special metal alloy retains heat and cold.

These pieces were a gift that was given to me in 1988 on my wedding day.  Truly Gorgeous.  I am the original owner and I guarantee they are unused, in EXCELLENT - LIKE NEW Condition.  Finish is sleek and bright.  Inside of bowl has a couple of very faint, superficial, scratches.  The two Piece Serving Set is Excellent Condition, Never Used.  There are a few small areas with tiny imperfections.

These details are all attributed to the make process; Each piece is individually cast in sand from the original design and then uniquely hand-finished by a skilled artisan.  Slight imperfections found on Nambe’s brilliant finish are characteristic of the sandcasting process.

Finish is SO Gorgeous, I could not keep from capturing shadows and reflections.  These are Not marks on these beautiful pieces.

Returns will be accepted only if the item is not as described.  You must notify me within 7 DAYS after receipt of item if there is a problem or concern.  Item must be returned in same original condition.  Not damaged or used. Money back for item, buyer to pay all shipping fees, unless error was on my part.

It is apparent that eBay's change to their Feedback system has had a major impact on both the way buyers and sellers leave feedback, as well as the affect of the DSRs on how a seller is rated. EBay is sending mixed information to buyers and sellers regarding the star system. Buyers are told that a "4" star rating in a category is a good rating, while sellers are given lower than standard treatment if their star ratings (at least on shipping charges) fall below a 4.6.  Additionally, Sellers whose 30-day ratings have dropped below a 4.3 in any of the categories will be suspended from selling until their ratings increase to above 4.3.  For low-volume sellers, it would only take a small fraction of well-meant "4" ratings to suspend a seller that the buyers thought were good.
