This can be worn at many times and with many outfits. It's a wonderful

and will match any color. Has a 4" stiff brim, trimmed with a black
ribbon bordering the edge. And around the brim is a black 1" ribbon,

If you're not happy with
your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt of item and we will
issue a refund less shipping and processing fees upon our receipt of
returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned back to us (unworn/unused
& with original tags) within 7 days for refund - return shipping at your own
expense. We will not reimburse the return shipping, shipping fees
are part of the convenience of online shopping. Any exchange, credit or
refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping & 15%
handling/restocking fee. All returns will be processed within 14 days of
our receipt in the order they were received. We will email you
with notification when the return process has been completed. Items received for replacement which are
