TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Please read our Terms and Conditions fully. Placing a bid acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply WILL cause delays in the processing of your order.
Payment is due within 10 days of auction's close.
If you have questions about shipping costs, please use the shipping calculator; if you have further questions not answered there, please detail below or write to us. We no longer ship ANY auction items by USPS Media Mail.
We strongly recommend insurance for all auction items; you will find instructions at check-out. We are NOT responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged by the USPS.
It generally takes 3 TO 4 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of payment until your order enters USPS shipping channels; you will receive an email confirming shipping with tracking numbers.
We do combine wins, with certain restrictions. See below.
We do NOT close auctions early once they're posted, nor do we split up posted lots for the sake of selling component pieces. If you missed an auction which ended at $9.99, please check our eBay store. We frequently re-list items there with a typical "Buy It Now" price rage of $12.99 to $17.99.
Payment:
We do not send out invoices at auction's end, but you should receive an email with a link to our checkout system. Please use that link, or go to http://checkout.kyozou.com/ and log in with your email and/or auction ID number.
We only accept the following forms of payment (in US currency only): PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
TENNESSEE RESIDENTS: 9.25% sales tax will automatically be added to your order.
Shipping:
Auction items are typically shipped within 3-4 business days of payment receipt. Insured items can sometimes take an additional 1-2 days to enter shipping channels. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). All available shipping methods are viewable in the shipping calculator of each and every one of our listings (auction or otherwise).
International Bidders:
International bidders are responsible for any and all tarrifs, taxes, VATs, duties, etc. assigned by customs authorities. In accordance with U.S. law, we MUST declare the full value of any item we ship and we CANNOT declare items as a "gift."
Combining Auctions:
We automatically combine auctions within a 2 week time period with the following conditions: Total comic books in one shipment can not exceed 250 total issues. Large toys and action figures may be subject to package size restrictions; the automated check-out system will not allow combining in such cases. If you do NOT wish to have your items combined (i.e. to save on taxes, duties, etc. with customs), out check-out system will allow you to pay for them as individual shipments. Please also note that we are no longer able to combine eBay auction items with purchases of single LPs (and possibly other items) from our online store.
Closing Auctions Early / Selling Items Individually:
We will NEVER close an auction early to sell an item to anyone. Our policy is also to not break up items that are in a lot. We let each item or lot run its course, as many people do not bid until the last minutes of an auction. If an item does not sell, we generally re-list it within 1-2 weeks of the first closure. If the relist does not sell, you may find it in our eBay Store. We invite you to browse our eBay store to shop for items you may have missed in the past and for other items that have been placed directly in our store.
Spam Blocker:
If you have spam blocker set up on your email, you may be blocking our emails from reaching you. If you have not received an email confirming shipment (or notification of a problem with your order) from us, please check your "junk" folder. If you are writing us to inquire about an order's status, please be sure to include your auction item number(s). |
