By bidding you agree to ALL the terms of sale stated below. All winning bids are final! You will receive emails about your win, and package shipping information – PLEASE provide your email address for this purpose. IMPORTANT NOTE: We provide fast shipping within 1-2 weeks under normal circumstances. In rare cases, during months that we are on the road for conventions, collection acquisitions or eBay high volume sale days, it could take as much as 4 weeks. Packages shipped overseas – see Foreign information below for details.

Please be aware that we are located in Florida where hurricanes can occur from June – November and that could cause delays.

PAYMENT: Payment is expected within 10 days of notification! Please pay for winning bids on time. Due to eBay’s NEW checkout system only electronic payment methods will be accepted through the eBay integrated checkout system. Those paying with a BEST OFFER must pay for insurance on the item(s).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TERMS: The shipping and handling fee covers processing your item(s) both in and out of our warehouse, packing materials, consignment costs, and costs of transporting your item(s) to the post office, in addition to the postal fees. Since many items come from outside sources and incur consignment fees, we must impose this fee to continue to offer items at the lowest possible minimum bid. This allows us to offer the widest possible variety of material from many sources, while giving each bidder a chance to get the best available deal. Insurance and other special services are optional costs. We can combine shipping for multiple orders. Large/heavy items cost more than the standard rate to combine. • Shipment inside the USA: Buyer pays standard processing and delivery fee as indicated on the invoice. Priority, Express or other services are extra – please let us know and we will revise your invoice. Insurance is extra and optional for most items – yet recommended. Larger dollar items will require insurance.
  
  
• Shipment outside the US: Buyer must pay exact foreign shipping rate in addition to the processing fees as indicated on the invoice. Standard 1st Class International does NOT include insurance or tracking information. Sales over $100 will require Global Priority shipment for tracking – no exceptions! Larger dollar items will require insurance. Global Express or other services are extra – please let us know and we will revise your invoice. Not all countries have special services or insurance available. If necessary, contact us for more information about shipping to your location.

INSURANCE: Insurance is optional (but recommended). If you choose not to purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not be held responsible. In the event that your order is lost and no recovery has been made, ONLY those who have PAID for insurance will either receive a refund for the lost order, an equal replacement on some items (if available) or and equal value credit on another item of customer's choice (excluding the shipping and handling fees).

Insurance will be added to the invoice automatically, but if you opt out then pay the amount minus the insurance. Remember this: NO INSURANCE - NO GUARANTEES of replacement, refund or credit for items lost or damaged in transit!
