An 3/8 IPS threaded riser. This riser is polished chrome plated Brass with 3/8 IPS threads  on both ends. It comes with a 3/8 ips x 1/2 IPS adaptor for your shower head to fit on. (this is so you can put any stardard shower  head on it)

At its highest point the riser is 61 inches tall with the bend coming out 6 inches.  A connector is added to connect the two risers together.
