This is a beautiful clear cut glass crystal depression vase, with fluted edges. It does glow LIGHT GREEN  under a black light. Its measures 81/2' tall. The opening is 6' x 5'. their are some cracks in the body of the vase, they can only be felt on the outside and not inside.So, I'm not sure if you would call them cracks or flaws then or not. I am not a expert. If your are a collecter you would know what they are called. This vase has cut glass flowers on four sides and geometric pattern on the front and back.
