THIS AUCTION IS FOR A VINTAGE CLEAR GLASS APOTHECARY TYPE JAR WITH LID.  THERE IS NO MANUFACTURER MARK ON IT THAT I CAN SEE.  IT STANDS APPROXIMATELY 5 INCHES HIGH AND HAS NO CHIPS OR CRACKS.  IT MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 4 INCHES ACROSS.  THE RIM OF THE JAR AND THE INSIDE RIM OF THE LID ARE KIND OF FROSTED GLASS.  I ALSO DO NOT KNOW HOW OLD IT IS BUT IF HAVE HAD IT FOR MANY MANY YEARS.  IT WOULD MAKE A NICE JAR FOR CANDY.
