 The freight company will not take the piece into your home or uncrate it.

 It will simply be available at your address.

 You are responsible for making arrangements to have the item uncrated and taken into your desired location.

 This is not my policy, it is an industry standard.

 You of course may use your own shipping method... simply arrange shipping using the information I have supplied in the listing, and have your carrier can Call for a pick-up date and time.

 You will be charged the handling fee only.

RETURN POLICY:

There is a 30 day guarantee on all purchases.

If within 30 days of receipt of your furniture you decide it does not suit your needs, submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)via email to hartwelldesign@aol.com  . We will provide you with an authorization number. Once RMA is authorized and merchandise is returned to our warehouse at 5205 Starkey Road, Roanoke, VA 24018, it will be inspected. Provided the item is in it's original condition and there is no damage, a refund of the purchase price less a 30% restocking fee will be issued to you.

 Shipping fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
