All items are shipped within 2-3 business days so we can guarantee the quickest delivery anywhere in the United States. All of our shipping services are provided by UPS within the continental USA. We will then give you the return address and make necessary notes regarding your return. Once your rug(s) have arrived back to our warehouse, you will then be refunded within 3-5 business days.
