It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the winning bid of your items if the items are returned to us in its original condition. There would not be a refund of the shipping fee of the item.

To allow us to process your return request, please email us to inform us of your intention to return the item before sending the item back to us. The item must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date that you have received it. The item must not be used, washed or worn, with all the original packaging/tags.

Kindly note that we cannot make refunds under the following circumstances

• clearance items or
  
• items that have been washed, worn or used or
  
• return items that are lost in transit or
  
• items returned to us after 7 days of receipt (based on the postal office marking)

We inspect all our apparels for defects. If any apparel does not meet our stringent checks, we will not sell them as normal priced items.

As each tie dye is one of its kind and specially designed to our specifications, we do not offer our apparels in all sizes, with the exception of a few classic designs.

We ask for your understanding that we do not close auctions early or add buy-it-now prices to running auctions.
