We know that when you order an instrument from us, you want it to arrive in perfect condition and on time!

Every instrument we ship is packed in brand new packaging, packed to UPS standards with a minimum of 3" of cushioning on each side. Most instruments ship with a case, and in many instances, we will double box an instrument to make absolutely sure it travels safely. Where possible, we will ship using UPS.

USA Buyers

  • We ship most items within 1 business day of cleared payment - In many cases, we ship the same day.
  • Instruments will ship via UPS Ground for all buyers in the lower 48 states.
  • We are happy to upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional fee - Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
  • Instrument accessories will ship via USPS.
  • If you are using Visa or MasterCard to pay, we can only ship to the confirmed billing address.
