CLUB OCEAN VILLAS RESORT OCEAN CITY MARYLAND TIMESHARE

You are bidding on my timeshares! 

It is for a deeded unit at the Club Ocean Villas II resort in Ocean City Maryland. Unit number 273, week 8 every year, which is the last week in February (yes the dates change each year and they do let you know what the check in dates are for each week). Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and lots of space. Buy it, and after all the paperwork has been completed, you could get a real cheap vacation every year.

I'm starting it cheap! I had this timeshare for over three years, so now it's time to sell it. Yearly maintenance fees are reasonable at only $485. 2009 fees have already been paid by me. There is a $395 fee in addition to the maintenance fees that the resort is charging for 2010 for renovations then the fees will again be only around $485 a year. Great time to buy an asset to add to your portfolio. The resort is located on 118th street in Ocean City right by the beach. It's deeded and you will own it forever.

At Club Ocean Villas II, spend lively days exploring the nearby beach and boardwalk, then return to enjoy the resort's deluxe array of amenities, including two free memberships to the health club per unit. With a standing tradition of being a popular summer vacation spot, the area offers excellent sport fishing, beaches, and a variety of family entertainment. Within walking distance are several restaurants, beaches, a shopping mall, and a miniature golf course. On site, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and boat docks.

Winner agrees to pay title transfer paperwork fees (which is about $600 - Maryland is an expensive state and requires a licensed attorney in the state to complete the paperwork) through Timeshare Title Inc. If you prefer to find a different closing company, that's fine as long as the winner pays for the closing costs. All funds including the final price of the auction will be paid to them and will be held in Escrow. Timeshare Title Inc. is one of the most reputable title transfer companies in the business. Check them out online if you are concerned.

If you are unable to communicate with me, don't bid. Immediately after the auction, I will contact you for the information that the title company will need to start the transfer process. They will then contact to to arrange secure payment and confirm your contact information for the paperwork.
