The Powermax1000 is the latest addition to the Powermax G3 Series. With advanced technologies

in both power supply and torch, Hypertherm G3 products cut faster and more economically than any

system available today. The Powermax1000's Auto-voltage? circuit provides automatic adjustment

to any input voltage from 200 to 600 volts, 1- or 3-phase (CE 230 to 400 V 3-phase only). A

state-of-the-art, microprocessor-based architecture assures optimum system reliability.

Machine torch operation

Up to 1/2 inch (12 mm) at 50% duty cycle. Up to 3/8 inch (10 mm) at 100% duty cycle.

The power supply: the heart of the machine Advanced, intelligent technology gives the Powermax1000 the power to cut with greater speed, quality and efficiency.

60-amp, 8.4-kilowatt output provides ample power for clean, quick cutting. Auto-voltage runs on voltages from 200 to 600 volts, 1- or 3-phase, (CE 230 to 400 V 3-phase only) without the need for manual rewiring. New Boost Conditioner? circuit compensates for input voltage variation. Advanced, digitally-controlled inverter design delivers continuously adjustable, constant current output, from 20 to 60 amps, permitting high-quality cuts over a wide range of metal thicknesses. An active electronic pilot arc controller for cutting expanded metal or grating. New gouging setting allows for improved arc transfer, easier operation and faster metal removal. CNC/robotic machine interface is standard on all units, allowing automated control and rapid change over to mechanized operation.

Terms: We expect payment within 3 days. If paying by money order or cashiers check we expect payment to be mailed within 3 days and to receive notification of such. We suggest using a method that supplies tracking number. All shipments to Indiana or Kentucky must add 6% sales tax to the purchase price.

All items are covered by manufacturer warranty on parts and labor. We will assist with all warranty issues.

Items shipping from our facility weighing less than 150 lbs will ship UPS ground. Will ship next day or second day air per your request for an additional charge. We insure shipments on our own. Shipping for larger items (over 150 lbs) will ship via common carrier of our choice. We get it to your door. Additional charges for lift gates or special delivery are at your cost. We usually ship the next business day after payment is received. We will send tracking information to the email address used for the sale.

Some welders and/or plasma cutters may not be in stock, and will be ordered from the manufacturer when paid for. It usually only takes a few days to ship to you. Only items marked for international sales will be sold internationally.

NO returns or exchanges unless an agreed upon restocking and shipping charge prior to return or exchange (Exchanges and returns subject to a 20% restock plus both outbound and inbound shipping charges). Read listing carefully for power requirements.
