• Our new router is based off of the simple yet strong design of a moving table fixed gantry CNC Router. The Modular Design concept is based off of the fact that each axis is independant of the other. This means that all three axes can be removed and used to create a different style or size machine.
• Machine Travels: 11.5" x 11.5" x 4"
• Work Table Size: 11.75" x 11.0" comes with (4) 1/4-20 tapped holes for spoil board mounting
• Overall Size: 20" tall x 20" wide x 26" long (to ends of motor standoffs)
• Weight: 40+ lbs (shipping weight will be more)
  
• Lead Screw: 1/4-20 (supported at both ends with (3) radial thrust bearings). newly designed drive nut with 1" of engaged thread for maximum torque transfer and anti-backlash performance.
• Linear Rails: The Z-axis has 5/8" diameter linear shafts. The X & Y axis have 3/4" diameter linear shafts. All shafts are made of 1018 steel that have been hand finished and cleaned for smooth operation.
• Linear Bearings: The 5/8" and 3/4" diameter bearings are oil impregnated cast metal bearings that provide a simple, strong, and cost effective solution to linear motion in the dirty environment of a CNC router.
• Stepper Motor Mounts: The router has (3) Nema-23 stepper motor mounts that are built into the drive end plates of each axis. The hole pattern is extended out using standoffs to make room for your choice of shaft coupler.
• Cutting Spindle Mount: The Z-axis top plate is provided with (4) 1/4-20 tapped holes on a 4" x 2.5" centered hole pattern.
  
• This auction is for the mechanical router as listed above. You will need additional items to complete your CNC System: Electronics Package (board, power supply, motors, enclosure), PC, CNC Software, Cutting Spindle, spoil board and hold down clamps. • Your CNC Router will ship dissassembled in (5) pieces for easy and ssfe shipping. You can find assembly instructions below. You will have to match drill (4) holes to mount your gantry to your desired working height.
• I do not have enough space in my shop to pre-build these so I must build them as I sell them to provide the lowest costs to my customers. It usually takes 2 - 4 weeks for me to assemble and get your machine shipped.
• This auction is for the complete machine as pictured. The assembly instruction shown below refer to some pieces not being includes. That refers to a kit version that I sell.
