We only accept returns on defective items. We do not offer returns on buyer's remorse purchases or wrong size issues. Please be sure that you completely understand what you are bidding on before committing to the purchase. We have found through experience that an informed buyer is usually a happy buyer.
We welcome any questions that might assist you in selecting the right item for you. If an item arrives defective the bidder/buyer must initiate contact within 5 days of having received the item. We will determine the best method for resolving the issue and return contact in a timely manner. Once a return has been authorized by Titan-Auctions, the bidder/buyer has 10 days to return the item.
