US Customers: Electronic payment is due within three (3) days. Unpaid items will be re-listed and a "Non Paying Bidder" alert will be filed with eBay.

International Customers: Payment is due within three (3) days. I accept Paypal. Shipment will be made via United States Postal Service Express Mail Only. This service provides a quick, safe and reliable delivery with Tracking as required by both Paypal. terms and conditions. A work or home telephone number is required to complete customs documents. The United States Post Office will not accept parcels without your telephone number.


You will receive email notification when payment is received confirming your order is in process. Once packaged for shipment, you will received a second email notification confirming the ship date and delivery confirmation number. The post office scans packages upon delivery or delivery attempt. You will not be able to access the actual tracking on priority mail.

Multiple Items: We do combine packaging to save on shipping when ever possible. Please Notify us via email when you plan to purchase additional items. We will hold your purchase until all auctions ending, within 5 days of each other, are complete. A revised invoice with reduced shipping costs will be sent upon final auction completion.



As of March 2007, the United States Postal Service changed their rates. The increased cost is now determined by the distance, weight and size of parcel. Any domestic package over 12 square inches traveling over 100 miles now incurs an additional charge for oversized parcels. All of the other services have also increased. International parcel rates increased dramatically. Some countries now can not accept parcels over 79 total inches which limits some of my larger items from being shipped internationally. The cost of shipping supplies and rising gas prices also has to be taken into consideration when calculating the actual total cost of shipping. My shipping cost is clearly stated in every one of my auctions in eBay's shipping calculator. If you are having any difficulty with the shipping calculator, please contact me so I can calculate your shipping cost for you. Shipping Insurance: To protect your purchase during transit, all shipments require insurance.



CUSTOMS: International buyers are completely responsible for all customs duties and taxes as required by your country and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region. I declare the full amount you paid for the item and you are insured for the full purchase price in case of loss or damage in transit. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country/region to country/region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when purchasing from me, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country/region in which you are receiving the goods.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please note the shipping cost stated on your customs documents is not the total cost. It does not include any additional services including insurance. I use Endicia, postage and custom printing software. It prints only the base cost of shipping.



Pick-Ups: At this time we do not have a brick and mortar store therefore pick-ups are currently not available.


Sales Tax: Lori's Collectibles is a licensed business requiring us to collect sales tax on all purchases delivered to addresses within the State of Illinois. Our current tax rate in Norridge, IL is 10.25%. This rate is published at the Illinois Department of Revenue web site

Lori's Collectibles does not collect sales tax for domestic shipments outside the state of Illinois or International shipments.


We must receive a request to return an item within 24 hours of delivery receipt. We will send you the requirements (listed below) for us to accept a return for your review and an RMA number with return shipping instructions.

Returns are accepted of items in the same brand new condition as when sent. Collectibles must be in mint condition with original box, packing and COA. We do invisibly mark our items to ensure we receive the same item that was sent. Handbags must be received back in brand new, unused, unaltered with all tags attached. Once tags are removed, the bag can not be returned.

Once the items is received by Lori's Collectibles, it will be inspected. If accepted for return, your refund will be processed. Please see refund policy listed below. If there is any alteration, use or ware to the item, it will be returned and refund will be denied.


A refund will be made to your Paypal account (if paid via Paypal) or check will me mailed to you if any other type of payment was received. Shipping cost plus a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund of original purchase price. The restocking charge is to cover the cost of eBay/Paypal fees occurred in the sale.


If you item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to start the process of a claim for reimbursement. Your package was insured so you can expect your reimbursement in approximately four to six weeks. We will assist you through the entire process.


Your package was insured against LOSS and damage. If a priority mail shipment does not arrive within 10 days, please notify us so a trace can be started on the shipment.

If your Express Mail package does not arrive within 5 days, please notify us to start a trace on your shipment.

Traced shipments usually "show up" a few days after the trace was initiated.



EBay's idea of feedback is you win my auction, you pay for your purchase, I leave positive feedback and ship your item. I am done….Not true, at least not on my auctions and not in my store. My job is not complete upon shipment. What kind of customer service is that? Once you receive your item from me and are completely satisfied, please let me know by leaving a positive feedback 5 Star rating. If there are any problems at all, we will work with you to ensure customer satisfaction. EBay allows only positive feedback be left for buyers. As of February 2008 eBay will punish sellers who have less than 5 stars on their feedback ratings. eBay is telling buyers that 4 stars is a very good rating, but as of February, anything less than 4.9-5.0 will lower a sellers rank as far as the new search function. eBay will also charge sellers with a rating of less than 4.8 at a higher rate. Please help us keep our costs down...The only way we can offer such great prices to our valued customers. If you do not feel that you can give 5 stars in feedback, please let me know why you feel this way.
