Payment is due in 7 days. A reminder will be sent after that.
Shipping is priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping is done a day or 2 after payment is recieved. Insurance is available at buyers request and cost.
All sales are final and sold as is. Read the listing, ask questions and we will have a sale.
Refunds are rare, but if I do give one it will not include shipping costs.
Ok now for the stuff no one likes and really needs to read. I do stick to my policies. This little section is growing weekly it seems..so here let me update you again:
- I sell used items unless otherwise stated
- I do wash some of them but not all
- I have no history on items so if some little old lady or man wore perfume or cologne and there is a hint of it..wash the item if I didnt
- I will not refund due to your family mad because you spent money you didnt really have, or because the item isnt quite what you wanted.
- IF and its a big if, I give a refund..you HAVE to return the item FIRST. I DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES.
- If you want new conditon, perfect with no use at all..go to Macy's
- Negative feedback will get you no-where fast with me..and email will almost always solve the problem.
- If your allergice to smoke, dirt, dust, air, the color purple..write me first. Next one who says they will have a heart attack due to an odor..well I have a therapist for you. Sorry to sound so cold but reasons for refunds are getting quite creative.
- A small spot to me is a small spot..if your glasses show it as a grand canyon size..email me first.
- I stand by my listings and am no longer going to give in to the "I will leave neg feedback or report you" threat.
I do this because I like to sell, meet people and make some new friends. I also do it to earn money to help pay the bills. So I take it seriously, but I am not a department store. I am not open 24 hours a day, I dont need 20 emails from you in 5 mins if your upset. I am easy to work with..(not according to hubby) ..so email me please!!! If your having a bad day..wait and email me later ok.
I try my hardest to tell you all I know about the item I am selling. I even let you know if it needs a cleaning, a stitch here or there. But I am also human and maybe my nose doesnt work the overtime that yours does, or my glasses needed cleaning and I miss something..Dont shoot me!! email me instead! Please!
